This is a two-person exhibition with French painter Pierre Soulages at the Bauer Museum.
I will exhibit 30 works.
I can’t go to the opening ceremony, but I’m planning to go to the installation production in January next year! !!
Known as the painter of “black and light”, Pierre Soulages was born in 1919 in Rodez, in the South of France.
By masterfully turning black into a luminous colour, Soulages powerfully evokes the genesis of the world, which came out of darkness.
Today, he is considered one of the most innovative painters of the 20th century.
