”Japanese Bamboo Art from New York: The Abbey Collection, Gifts to The Metropolitan Museum of Art”　The Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Osaka

It was introduced to the public in 2017, in an exhibition organized by The Metropolitan Museum of Art: “Japanese Bamboo Art: The Abbey Collection”.

The exhibition was rebuilt with The Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Osaka.

This exhibition will be a traveling exhibition following Oita and Tokyo.

Including installation, Diane & Arthur Abbey’s collection of the world’s best collections, works by successive Chikuunsai Tanabe and 75 modern bamboo arts are exhibited.
